$1,000 Healthy Lifestyle Scholarship Application

We created the PhentermineClinics Health Scholarship to give both undergrad and postgrad students a chance to win $1,000.

PhentermineClinics.net is a popular resource attracting over 50,000 unique visitors monthly.

We maintain a directory of weight loss clinics, diet doctors and bariatric surgeons in the continental United States. Our goal is to help people connect with resources and medical professionals to assist them in their weight loss journey, as well as maintenance of a healthy, rewarding lifestyle. We also produce buyer’s guides and in-depth reviews of various weight loss solutions.

We created the PhentermineClinics Health Scholarship to give both undergrad and postgrad students a chance to win $1,000.

The ideal candidate is a student interested in nutrition science, medical weight loss, bariatrics, and even internal medicine. With that said, these interest are not required for a chance to win the scholarship.

Opportunity Details

To participate in the scholarship, please create a unique content piece in the range of 1,000 to 2,000 words covering the subject of what it means to live a healthy lifstyle in 2019. We’d like to see the following discussions included:

• Trends in nutrition (intermittent fasting, carb backloading, paleo, IIFYM, etc)
• Trends in workout/fitness methods
• How tech (like mobile devices) has affected the idea of a healthy lifestyle
• Your own ideas are also welcome.

We will review all submissions and choose the best content piece. The winner will receive the $1,000 scholarship reward which is intended to be used for educational purposes.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this scholarship, the following must apply to you:

• You are currently enrolled in a college, university, high school or trade school
• The content you submit in your application must be unique and must offer value to the reader.
• Creative, high quality submissions have a higher chance of winning.

How to Submit your Application

Please create a unique content piece in the range of 1,000 to 2,000 words covering the subject of what it means to live a healthy lifstyle in 2019 (as described in the “Opportunity Details” section).

E-mail the document (word doc, open office or google doc) to us at scholarship@phentermineclinics.net along with the following information:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your address
• School name
• Area of study
• Proof that you are a student at the school you specified

Deadline

The cutoff time for submissions is Dec 31st, 2022 and the winner will be chosen and notified on January 15th, 2023.

The $1,000 check will be mailed to your school directly.
